7 beneficial ways to aide in Overcoming Depression

1. Try to reprogram your thought process by eliminating toxic waste which leads to you becoming off balance in thinking, decision making, and behaviors. Releasing bad chemicals from the body improves your mood which promotes clarity and improves self-esteem. You will notice you become happier with your body image and overall appearance.


2. Stay away from forceful negative people that seek to provoke you and suppress you as they might bark up your tree and communicate viruses that bring on stress. Some people don't realize at first, but abusive unhealthy relationships can lead to stalking. These types of relationship are toxic to your mental and physical wellbeing. Detach yourself from unhealthy provoking people to reduce stress that cause depression.


3. Exercise to increase positive energy, watch what you eat on your plate for they may manifest around you as an energy vampire in human forms, remove waste by fully releasing your bowels. Then seek to disconnect from unhealthy relationships by detaching when face with anger, stressful encounters, and provoking people. Next, try to observe how different foods and drinks you consume change your mood, behaviors, in addition to your interactions with others.


4. Be extra careful to avoid using harmful harsh soaps, lotions, and detergents.


5. Stay in cool shaded environments avoiding contact with people and the sun when it is hot and muggy outside remembering to drink plenty of cold water.


6. Follow a schedule; first by creating a daily to do list; then getting your priorities in line with your demands.


7. Do not listen or watch depressing things without comprehending the moral values and principles to release your sorrows.
